Marco Marazza is Full professor of Labor Law, listed in the Register of Lawyers of the Court of Rome, Supreme Court Counsel since 2006. After his degree he began his professional lawyer’s career with the Marazza Law Firm, and became a partner in 2003. He advises primary associations and industrial enterprises of nationwide importance regarding management techniques for complex employment structures, industrial relations and streamlining processes.
He has published three monographic papers (Essay on the organization of employment, Padua, 2002; the collective employment contract following the privatization of state employment, Padua, 2005; Employer’s insolvency and workers’ protection, Turin, 2015), has edited various scientific publications and written numerous juridical studies dedicated to the main interpretative issues arising from the evolution of labor legislation. He is co-director of the employment sector of the giustiziacivile.com (civil justice) magazine and a member of the editorial committee of the Labor law Topics magazine.
Currently he is full professor at the University of Rome “Universitas Mercatorum” and of the labor law and constitutional employment law courses at the economics and law faculties of the LUISS university of Rome. He also directs the legal clinic of labor law at the Teramo University and, as columnist, writes for newspapers with nationwide circulation.
