Regina Redinha is Lecturer at Porto Law Faculty for Labour and Civil Law and Senior Researcher of CIJE (Centre for Legal and Economic Research of University of Porto).
She is researcher on Employment and Labour Law, mainly atypical employment, worker’s fundamental and personal rights, including protection against mobbing at the workplace, impact of technology on the working conditions and the right to equality and non discrimination.
Her investigation is currently focusing on the atypical employment in Portugal and special employment contracts, such as temporary work (agency work), work in the performing arts industry and intermittent work, flexible employment and its legal implications.
She is editor of a Portuguese Labour Law Review (“Questões Laborais”) and Member of the board of directors of Labour Law Societies and Institutes, such as the Portuguese Labour Law Society and the Labour Law Studies Society.
She is also member of the advisory council of Oxford’s Women’s Leadership Symposium.
